We want to make sure that you always have access to the data that you share with our platform.
You can download a copy of your personal data that we hold about you in a CSV format. This information has either been entered by you when you're updating your profile, health record, trackers or when you connect third-party apps and devices to your account.
To download your date:
1. Open the sub-menu;
2. Scroll down to 'Privacy Compliance' and select it;
3. On the Privacy Compliance page, scroll down to 'Download my data' and select the option .
4. You will see a list of different data sources that are available to you. Select the 'Download' link against the data that you wish to download.
